Hello, I would like to take the time to thank you for the excellent service I have received from your company over the past month.
I had a new air source heat pump fitted at the beginning of June and due to some problems Mears could not resolve it. I had no heating and hot water since that date.
Sarah has been absolutely fantastic with keeping me informed about the process and what engineer was coming out to me. Rather than keeping ringing me she would text me first thing in the morning to what was happening as she knew I would be on the school run.
I would also like to thank Paren, Lee, Tom, Kieran and the other employee who’s name I didn’t get for their fantastic customer service and their patience with trying to resolve everything.
My system is up and running now.
You have a very good bunch of employees and I am extremely grateful for them getting it sorted.
