WHEN ARE YOU LEGALLY REQUIRED TO SERVICE A BOILER
The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 details the legal duties placed on landlords and employers (with boilers in work/public places) to ensure all gas appliances, fittings and flues are safe for use.
This includes a duty to perform a recorded annual service on gas appliances, by a Gas Safe accredited engineer.
